Matt was the only one of about 10 plumbers that I called who actually answered the phone or called me back. He knew what the problem was and said he would do his best to fix it the following afternoon, even though he was already fully booked up. True to his word, he arrived and fixed it. Very pleasant and efficient young man. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
As a Chartered Surveyor of over 40 years experience I can highly recommend Matthew. He very efficiently diagnosed the problem with our 30 year old gas central heating system, happily explaining his diagnosis and modified pipe work with no mess. A polite and efficient tradesman who we will use again.
Amazing service, Matt was quick to respond to my desperate plea and came and sorted out my heating problem. The best thing was he even offered up tips and little tricks on how to do things myself so I wouldn’t have to pay someone. Very knowledgeable and great value for money. Will definitely use him again.
Our central heating stopped working end of November and for three weeks we were left with no heat in the house. Several gas engineers later, a lot of money spent and no solution. Almost everyone was unavailable for another month+ and the ones that came over could not provide a resolution. The outside temperature was dropping below zero and our water pipes were beginning to freeze up. Matt managed to squeeze in some time, came in and figured out the cause of the issue from the get go. One hour later and we had heat again. Absolutely can recommend and will be using his services in the future!
Matt came out to fix a leaking heating pipe underneath the floor. He came really promptly, clearly explained our options & did a great job - we would strongly recommend him.
Matt is an excellent gas Safe engineer & plumber & is great at communicating being a good time keeper & is very reliable, tidy & has a fair & competitive pricing structure for his work. Matt's is clearly very skilled in his work & has the intelligence to improvise around any unforeseen problems. Matt has over 15 years background & training with a National respected company & he is now self-employed & building up his own customer base. Matt has supplied & fitted our Worcester Bosch gas boiler & recently carried out the first years service. He has also serviced our gas fire, fitted two rain showers & done other plumbing work to a high standard. Well done Matt.
